It seems to be on topic, but would you really write this for a test. Cheating is ok. I think that it may be more beneficial to be more safe. The purpose of standardized tests is to predict future college success, which should not be based on cheating, which you seem cool with.

While having several grammatical mistakes (maybe they are typos), the ideas seem fairly well developed and the conclusion was strong. However, your thesis statement is poorly worded and the organization leaves something to be desired.
