I think you'd be better off going with something about how the elementary school you attended had an atmosphere suited for establishing healthy and lasting social relationships as well as learning. Recess isn't exactly what the school is going to hope that you have most memory of. I suppose if it's written well enough it might be good but seeing as though you aren't even sure how to start the essay, I would suggest changing the topic to something more geared toward how the school positively affected you as a person and a student.
