GCSE english: Writing about something strange? We Answered:
Start from the beginning lol. Start with it being in the shop and being bought as a wedding ring. Describe the ring and what's going on. Then have the main event which causes it to be lost.Depending on whose point of view you write it from you could add a lot of description and feeling into it.
I'd give you a start, but it's best if you think of it yourself - your idea and it's easier to continue something on your own train of thought than someone elses. Just try writing it in different ways until you get a start you like

i have a portfolio to set up for a college interview...?We Answered:
Give them a little bit of everything because it will show them that you can write good papers on numerous different subjects.Personally, I would enter shorter papers; nothing more than 3 pages.

PLEASE HELP ME WITH MY AUDITION?We Answered:
seriously, I go to dreyfoos (Digital Media!!) and my second pick was communications. I thought it was easy. I'm a good writer and I have a vibrant imagination so the essay was a breeze, don't worry about it. check your grammar!! practice number 3 with your parent, and try sitting on a stool in the center of the room, make eye contact ect. My best work was a movie that I made in a tech class at bak MSOA. They seamed to like it.Don't stress out and just practice, have a good vocabulary to show the judges that your smart and you will do great.
see you next year!

Creative Writing/short story Help!!!?We Answered:
You could do that, but why don't you use a completely new idea? When you're writing, you can find any story. They're all out there, but they need to be found and written down. What if you used a real life situation? Maybe something as simple as a person who has locked them self out of their car? Just give it a creative result or series of events.
Or maybe a fable? The possibilities are endless just turn on some good music and write. Don't worry about grammar or anything, save that until you have a good story going! FREE WRITE!!!!
Good Luck! Happy Writing!

Being a teenage writer? If you know about writing please help?We Answered:
I'd agree, you do need a thick skin in this business! These days in order to get to a publisher you need to get an agent first, and that is very difficult.Self publishing is something that a lot of writers are doing now because it is the only sure way of getting their work out there.
I strongly recomend http://www.lulu.com they are an online publishing company which is free and easy to use and they also have an online marketplace should you decide to sell your work (they take around 10% commission on whatever you sell)
I use lulu and they are one of they best and safest options. I would also suggest asking someone you trust who is good with grammar to give you a proofread.
Good luck with it all!!

What do they mean do I have to write it or print one?We Answered:
It means you write something which is your own, not copied from somebody else's writing. You can write or print it, either way it will work. Try to submit it before the due date, if you are late in submitting your work, it will not be accepted.
