I really don't know of any specific program, but if you contact the guidance department of your local public school, they should have plenty of information that they can share with you. The guidance dept at my school routinely tries to help homeschool students and parents, but many of them don't realize the school will help even if the kids don't go there.

(http://absolutewrite.com/forums/index.ph… It's not primarily a display site, but it does have a huge and very active forum with lots of published authors and a subsection where you can share work for critique after 50 posts. Some classes are offered through Absolute Write, not directly associated with its forums.
