I did an Internet search for creative writing MFA programs and it gave me a list of schools by state. It just so happens that there are two schools in my city that offer the degree and one of them offers a low-residency where you have to be on campus for 2 weeks at the beginning of the semester. The other university in my city offers it but I didn't look into it because I can't even get in - they require fluency in a foreign language to get into their masters programs and I don't have fluency in any language.

This isn't the site I used to search, but it has a list of colleges that offer the program and from a quick view of random pages it looks like most are either full residency or low residency. I did come across one that was offered online, but that's a small sample, so you might find others if you go through all of them. Just check the reputation of the school first, and you might be able to find a low-residency one in your area if you can't find a good online only program. GL.
