You can maybe start it with the idea of a young boy growing up and discovering that he's really a werewolf. Like, maybe he turns into a werewolf instead of puberty, and his parents have kept it a secret from him his whole life.

You could also add in like, him falling for some vampire chick and getting in a major battle with vampires because the two groups are supposed to be like, mortal enemies.

I don't know. If you like, you can have, but if you have writer's block now, so you may hit it at some point with any story that isn't yours.

Ok, this has happened to me to many times to count. Dont try to hard, I do my best writing when I just sit down totally relaxed and write. I write a bunch of fiction, and what I like to do is write a alternate ending/beginning of a story I have read. For you, I suggest you look around at some papers and If you find something cool maybe write some more on it.

No. The reason I say this is because let's say your stuck on one particular line and this is the line that makes Brad Pitt famous for saying and you want people to remember it by heart, but just can't come up with it, someone else might have the idea for your line and there you go. If you are a writer, think of Y!A as your editor. Since every single book that has ever been written, rather it be James Patterson, Tom Clancy or Nora Roberts, every book has it's own editor and they make the decision to say yes to this line and no to that. We are all here to help one another.

You know what they say in Journalism and writing class 101, write what you know about. So take a walk, spend the day looking around you and write down what you see. That may lead to some interesting observations about life. Talk to strangers and see what their concerns are and what they are up to and doing. Go to Seniors homes and ask them about their lives. Well, I do fantasy role-playing, but finding ways to get creative ideas is a genre-crosser, I'm sure. Reading some fiction is good. In your case, go to your local comic store or go online and do some browsing. Pick up ideas that grab you and run with them. Also, I find history helpful as well.
Try writing up new characters, NPCs. Try expanding out on your original plot, taking an aspect of it, and make it turn in a different direction. Add new elements. Maybe the villain is not the real villain, but is only a front for something even more sinister. Maybe there is more going on behind the scenes than your PCs ever dreamed.
When ideas wear thin, it means it's time for a major change, a shift. Find something in what's already happened that grabs you, that could open up into something else, and let it take you and your PCs away.
