personally, i would leave the vampires out of the picture. most people are turning away from them because they are so popular. they want something new... exciting.

i like the trinity blood idea.

ok... what about:

another world that is falling apart.
three sisters, with three gifts=>
1: the gift of communication - can talk to animals, or persuade people to do things.
2: the gift of land - can control all things of the land (trees, plants, blablabla)
3: the gift of sea and sky - can control sea animals, and sky animals.

They might have to set out on a jjourny to save the dieing world.

Close your eyes and play music. Make sure the genre relates to the type of story you want to write. Go for a walk outside. Watch an old movie and think of how you can relate it to a story you read as a child.

Open your mind and ideas will come flowing in.

You could write about a person who falls into a deceptive world where all is not what it seems.
or
Someone who really wants something but knows that if they are themselves they will not get it so they lie their way through it.
or
a master deciever who is pro at decieving but one day finds out the badness of decieving and tries to stop it and has a battle inside his mind
or
a contsest in which some friends get pulled into and they must lie and decieve in order to get through it
