1. Don't click on the link above. He's spammed that same link to multiple unrelated questions, so it's probably a virus.

2. There's no software to give you plot ideas. But Open Office is a free office suite (see openoffice.org) and it has a lot of plug ins. there's one for writers that helps you to organize ideas and story fragments. I forget the name of it, but they have a list of plugins at openoffice.org that you can browse.
