The Vanadium meeting iron thing is cool. I'd go with that. it sounds like a good story. Thats better than what I came up with when I had to create a short story. I made about a dog that ate a house. I called it MY DOG ATE MY HOMEWORK I crossed out Homework and wrote HOUSE.
It was a funny story and got me an A+, and I thought it'd be a dumb idea. Try going with one of the dumbest funny things you can think of. Thats what I did.

I'd say you're extremely normal for someone your age, which I would play in the middle of adolescence. A lot of boys especially find themselves feeling listless, apathetic, and not following rules. In fact, all of my guy friends in high school were just like that.

Not doing your homework is VERY normal.

*I* think black comedy is great. It's my favorite genre, usually.

I think you're just feeling the way most teenagers and people in their early 20's do. If you're really that uncomfortable with these things, there are things you can do to change it.

Get out more. Involve yourself in more things. Maybe you don't feel disappointment because you never do anything that CAN disappoint you? A defensive mechanism, in a way. Find something you love to do, and do it. Learn a new skill. Try something new every day.
Take a risk. Try dating someone you like even IF you might lose the friendship.

This seems like a REALLY cool activity! I may try this with my 8th graders to teach "mood." Great idea.

I got ADHD....sounds like u probably have that temperament also.

Talk to your pedicatrician about it...yes.

Stimulants might really help you focus for your writing work etc...
