Creative Writing Websites
Minnie Said:
creative writing websites anybody?We Answered:
Well there are lots of creative writing websites, but they all involve sharing your work.www.worthyofpublishing.com
www.writing.com
quizilla.com
www.stories.com
Although If you wanted one where you "can't be judged" and no one will read it, just put a password on your computer or try free online journals or blogs.
There's some really good websites out there that work as free journals, and you don't have to share your work. However, they aren't particularly designed for creative writing.
Good luck :)

Are there any good creative Writing websites? We Answered:
If you're looking for sharing your own ideas, Fanfiction.net's not really your place. Fictionpress is the same type of website, only it's actual creative writing. Be forewarned: putting your ideas up on the net means they're up for anyone to copy, steal, or otherwise take your ideas. You might also be interested in webook.com or maybe this page that I got through StumbleUpon: http://www.heretocreate.com/2007/11/01/resources-for-fiction-writing/

I'm sorry if I'm wasting your time, but if you're looking for writing prompts, try:www.creativewritingprompts.com
www.writersdigest.com
I don't know about anymore websites. But I know that you can use random generators to come up with ideas for writing. I use:
www.seventhsanctum.com
www.feath.com
I probably didn't help, but I hope you find a good website soon! Good luck from one writer to another!

I'm fifteen and I'm looking for good creative writing websites as well as contest sites. Suggestions? We Answered:
Go to your favorite bookstore and purchase a few books on the subject. This way you can take a yellow marker and highlight everything you feel is important to you.Like Persiphone says, be careful of the contest thing. Some of these contests are scams to get you to purchase a book that you may be published in. They'll tell you that you won, when in reality EVERYONE who entered won. And everyone who entered bought a book so that they could see themselves in print. NOT COOL....
In many writer's groups you may be required to 'critique' other people's works as well as they yours. So, it's good to bone up on your writing skills by buying these books. You can't edit or critique someone else's work if you can't write well yourself. That's not by any means a cut to 'you' personally, okay? It's just a fact.
Good Luck!
