Books for my AS creative writing suggestions? We Answered:
Check out the book A Mango Shaped Space - it would fit into modern life, interesting voices, and possibly dystopia. It is a quick read, about a girl who "sees" words. Synesthesia (seeing words) is a real thing - google it, it's awesome!Anita Said:

Could you recommended any short stories? We Answered:
There are a lot of good short stories by Vladimir Nabokov. You could try "Razor", "A Matter of Chance", or "Cloud, Castle, Lake." All of these are beautifully written.Hector Said:

ADVICE NEEDED. Creative writing task?We Answered:
Think about giving directions in your writing, then break it down into 3 parts.First, imagine the ideal set up for the directions you are about to give. Use one paragraph as if you were looking down on a stage, and the curtain opens, but no action or dialogue has happened yet. Now, describe the time (Prehistoric, Victorian, Now) describe the season (winter day, summer at the pond, fall at a college) describe the people on stage (do not give any more than their names, but describe them for the reader - old, young, hairy, etc.)
Now, give the direction. Explain what characters need to say what to explain to your reader how to kill a dinosaur, marry a millionare, fight a sith lord, etc. You are going to give a paragraph on the main points and most important directions. You are going to write it pretending that your reader is completely ignorant of your subject.
Now, in the final paragraph describe the lesson. What was the lesson learned by the characters, what did they accomplish and what did the reader accomplish.
If you break it down, it gets easy. Good luck.

Can anyone give me some stimulus for creative writing please? We Answered:
We used to have to write stories with some pretty weird prompts lol.1) My life as a coin (I chose quarter)
2) If I had to choose to be a superhero or an alien (weird teacher)
3) My life if I had unlimited money and resources
4) Make yourself a detective and solve the mystery
5) In 50 years...
6) Once we all had to pick between these really old pictures of people and write an account of their life as we imagined it.
7) We once read a story that seemed like it was describing a nuclear bomb site way in the future. It talked about the house and how it went through the actions of everyday life. It set off alarms, cooked breakfast, lunch, dinner, sent little cleaning robots about the house, warmed the bed before bedtime. Then it describes outside and it says it looked like a green incandescent substance and tar had been blown up in some places, everything was dead, and on the wall of the house you could see an ashy glowing outline of a young girl and boy a ball midair and their dog trying to hop up to catch it, and you could see the mother a little ways off watering her flowers (as if they'd been placed on paper spray painted over and removed) It was weird and creepy but also very intriguing.
obviously most of them were about life under new circumstances
