People post their own poems for critique by others, and also offer their critiques of other people's poems. (Often, thinking through your comments on other people's poems helps you to think in useful ways about your own writing as well.)

You can also visit the IBPC site for links to several other online poetry workshops (look at their list of "poetry boards"). It's always a good idea to spend some time reading at any board before you join and start posting your own work. Each board has its own culture, and not every one is right for every writer. For example, beginning writers often aren't ready to handle the hard-hitting critique that's common at the more advanced workshops.
