As far as ambition goes, you can write about anyone or anything that is trying to achieve a goal. Like someone who's trying to get the gold Olympic medal, or someone trying to get through school.
Vengeance could be a fun one. If you like superheros, many of them center around a subplot of vengeance, such as Spiderman's uncle being murdered, Batman's parents being murdered, things like that. Also, you can really make it anything about someone trying to get even with someone in a setting you're familiar with such as high school or a sports meet or something like that.
Murder can tie in with vengeance, which might even be able to get you some extra points!

many years ago i sent an email to the then editor of a local magazine / periodical. it simply said, you need me. that was 8 years ago.

these days, i edit, i do page layouts, create advertising (imagery and copy) write articles and create quizzes. i also teach. and i do weddings at the weekend. (it pays, and it pays well)

you need good writing skills, the ability to use good grammar, in context, aimed at your readers ability.

you need to be able to use either microsoft office, (word and publisher) or adobe's Cs3 /photoshop. and although Cs3 is a complicated expensive bit of kit, its the best there is. however, at a beginners level, try gimp (its free)

or try paintshop pro (which i learned on) and to be honest, i still do 90% of my photo editing on it, only going to photoshop for the bits PSP cant do. and when looking at 2000 shots, you want to be productive.

oh yeah, we make it look easy... its not.

you may want to take a online course which will give you some sort of a practical training and technical knowlege, as there is a differnce between liking something, and knowing about it.

You could try doing something about time machines or mythical things because that can be creative if you are good with mixing things round and making other things up because i think a creative story is best when you just do some random thing or if you have a enjoyable dream in your sleep base the story round that
