The chorals and seaweeds looks great. The beauty of the deep sea is above each person's imagination. But, now all I see are garbage all over the ocean. The Adobe Creative Suite is a completely different type of software which is used for page layout not an office suite. Adobe created the PDF format used in Adobe Acrobat and I would assume the proprietary Acrobat code necessary to modify a PDF file is included in their creative suite.

As a work around on something like a form you can use the Open Office.org's Draw program. First copy and paste the PDF file into Draw. Then draw a "white-out" box to block out the existing text and then use the Text tool to enter the new text and format it to suit your needs. If the font used in the PDF is not installed on your computer you would have to find and install it for a match.
Note: you might need to retype the existing text to insure clear readable text even if the font type face,style, and size are the same. Also if you have a graphic back ground you might need to provide a sample bitmap to fill the "white-out" box.

Maybe you can try AnyBizSoft PDF to Word Converter, it is free now. I have grabed a free license and it works well indeed in converting PDF to Word doc. So that you can add any words you like to the PDF file in Word.
