Which at least has MACTE Certification. I am still not sure how widely-accepted that program is, but if you are looking to go the online route, that's the only one I would recommend even talking with.

If you're looking to teach Montessori High School, there are only a few places that offer that training. I can look into it and find out who does offer training and help you find places to train for that.

You could write PR for a nonprofit. Contact churches and small businesses and make a bid to write bulletind and newsletters. To gewt clippings and build a portfolio, write letters to your local papers, or guest columns. (You won't be paid for this at this stage, unless you are very lucky, very persuasive, or very good.)

I've heard negative things about Full Sail too-- mostly that it's a cash cow. I would recommend making a campus visit and talking with instructors, staff, and even students. Yes, it's going to cost you a lot of money to make this visit, but it might be worth it if you find out it's not the right place for you. AND more importantly the visit will help you find out if going there will help you realize your goals.

Also, keep in mind that you don't need to attend university to become a script writer but you do need connections and talent.

If your close friends support you, and your fiance wants to give you the world, then hug your friends and graciously accept the world. This planet needs more mothers like you who teach children the practicalities of life.

And if you are going to school for creative writing, maybe you could write a book on the beauty and hardship of motherhood and housewifery.

You parents may disagree with your decision, but do they still love you? I'm sure they do. You're not a failure. Let no one judge you.
