Creative Writing Glasgow

Pamela Said:

Things to do in Glasgow?

We Answered:

You can take tours of one of the three soccer stadiums - Hampden (the national stadium), Celtic Park or Ibrox (where Rangers play. There's also a museum charting the history of soccer near to Hampden in the Queens Park area of the city.

The Glasgow Science Museum is a fab day out too - lots of interactive exhibitions. I'm 25 and I love it so it's not just for kids!

In terms of creative stuff, the Gallery of Modern Art on Queen Street is a must see and there's a craft market at Merchant Square (off Candleriggs) every Saturday. The Glasgow School of Art is also worth a visit (spectacular architechture).

Juanita Said:

Are there any writing groups in the Glasgow area?

We Answered:

Have you tried asking that question in Yahoo Answers Great Britain Books and Authors section? You might get a lot more responses.
