I also considered Creative Writing as an option for a degree as it has always been my passion. I know that Aberdeen do it but it's probably a good idea to run it through the UCAS course search

The important thing for you to know is that it isn't a very highly respected degree. It looks like fun but really it all depends on the career you want to have.
If, for example, you want to do journalism you DON'T take journalism at university. You take English, history, art etc.
It's the same for being a professional writer; you should take English or History or Art at university otherwise the degree means nothing.
It's a shame because I would have really loved to do that degree but it doesn't help me to get where I need to go so I had to leave the idea in the past. What do you want to do as a job?

EDIT: I found this link for you from the university of Northampton where they tell you exactly what the degree entails and the kind of future jobs it can lead to. Surprisingly large opportunities actually - I have to apoligize for my earlier comments!

At Willamette, there is no Pre-Law major, although I believe the admissions office can give you information about how to focus your studies if you're interested in going on to law school. There isn't a Creative Writing minor specifically, but there is a general Writing minor, which is a subset of the English department.
