I'm registered with YC (the German branch of YA) since 2006 and during all these years I've never seen anything like that message, not on YC and not on YA either. On the other hand, I've come across a lot of fake accounts which were trying to deceive users by posting spam and/or malware links. So of course I checked "Connections Academy" and found that they are connected with home-schooling.

Now why would such a site send you a threatening mail like the one you got? What makes the whole thing even more suspicious is the fact that they are asking for all sorts of personal info - sorry, but all of that just sounds like another phishing scam and nothing else. I strongly advice you to forward the original mail from Connections Academy to : spoof@yahoo.com so that Yahoo can look into the matter. Here's how to do the forwarding bit: click the crtl key and at the same time click the "forward" button to forward a message as an attachment, mac users should click the "apple" key and click "forward" simultaneously.

Note: do NOT answer the sender of this suspicious mail, wait for the reply of Yahoo!

1.well basically, they've already told you what your job description is, but in the first question, they want you to explain it to them in your own words. that's for them to see if you actually understand what they're asking of you.

so for example it says: Customer Care Coordinator is the voice and face of the Client. You will be speaking on behalf of the Client and therefore must maintain professional and high standards at all time.

so you should say something like this: As Customer Care Coordinator for " company name", I will be the voice and face of the client ( or you can say" I will be the clients first main point of contact"). I will be speaking on the client's behalf and therefore will need to maintain professional and high standards at all times.

2.for this question, use the skill requirement to answer the question.
for example: your company/ "company name", is looking for a professional and skilled coordinator, who is fluent in speaking Arabic and English, etc etc, ( use the skills they want you to have and you can add some of your own too, like honesty, friendly personality, etc)

3.basically why should they hire you over the other guy?
something like:

As a skilled Arabic and English speaker, and having " list some qualifications that may come in handy, like experience, certificates, etc", I believe i can contribute to your company by:

4.list some of your strengths, like: I am an excellent team worker and have strong leadership skills. I am a confident communicator, I have great people skills, .........

5.( now this is important. You have to think about this question carefully. never ever give them a weakness that can jeopordise your chances of getting the job. like for this job, you can't say, my weakness is that i'm shy!!!! so you have to think of a weakness that has absoultely nothing to do with the job or a weakness that actually might come in handy in your job. or the third option is to just say something like my weakness is sweets or chocolate or something like that.


and 6. pretty much what are your goals. as in, where do you see yourself in 5 years time?

It looks like you do little marketing, and assuming you have no experience - I'd suggest that you use an external company.

If using email marketing, i'd suggest:
A - a quarterly newsletter giving your recipients advice, it must have your branding so that they remember you. Offer articles of advice that are of use to them - this way they'll remember you.

Its a good method of reminding customers that you are there and still exist.

Closer to the time you make the sales, send promotional emails. How about a personal email to recommend friends, and an incentive to do so (an ipod etc)

It's been two years since I took my computer ethics class, so my writing skills for a paper on this topic are rusty. Basically, explain in your own words what the Commerce Clause does. Doesn't Congress have the power to regulate INTERSTATE commerce? If Tennessee passes a similar law, won't that regulate INTRASTATE commerce between two parties? What about false and misleading headers? In effect, aren't they a form of fraud?

Sometimes the best way to write a paper is to ask yourself different questions in relation to what is being asked of you.
