Writing Business Requirements Examples
Brent Said:
Could you please check this for grammatical errors? - part 2?We Answered:
This is second part. Could you please check this for grammatical errors? Thank you!"National/local laws"
It is extremely important to recognize that each business has a number of legal obligations. For example ,there is a number of insurances.
Some of these insurances are compulsory for businesses like for example, motor insurance. If you run a company vehicle, while other insurance are optional like building insurance or keyman insurance.
To run my business, I will need the employer's liability insurance which is required of all employers. It will generally protect me against the costs of compensating employees who are injured in the work place.
Legal responsibilities
Careful attention needs to be paid to businesses’ staff and their rights. There are many laws affecting health and safety at work, paying and equal opportunities.
Health and safety
Stringent rules are set out to ensure that businesses do all they can to protect their workers. The main legislation in Britain is the Health and Safety at Work Act. This sets out the minimum standards which employers must maintain in the working environment and workplace. These include:
• Businesses must provide all necessary safety equipment and clothing
• Making sure that workers have regular brakes to test
• Employers must provide a safe working environment
• All businesses must have a written safety policy on display
• All businesses must keep temperatures comfortable
To prevent accidents in the work place and protect the work environment I must make sure that my own business meets all legal issues especially health and safety at work regulations and food hygiene legislation. I also need to provide adequate washroom and toilet facilities and create a hygienic and safe environment to work in.
Contract of employment
Anyone employed in the business within two months of starting work must received a contract of employment that clearly sets out their conditions and service such as duties, hours of work, job title and description, holiday pay, sick pay agreement, the amount of pay and how often payments will be made etc. Each contract of employment must include the name of the employer and employee and clearly shows all duties and responsibilities.
Thinking about my own business, I must guarantee a contract of employment for each employee within two months should have a contract of employment that clearly sets out all conditions, duties and responsibilities. According to HM Revenue & Customs each employee within my business must be paid at least:
- £5.73 per hour for workers aged 22 years and older
- £4.77 per hour for workers aged 18-21
- £3.53 per hour for all workers under the age of 18
Discrimination
Equal Pay Act 1970 – This Act states that I must treat both sexes equally. A woman employed in the same job as a man must have the same pay and conditions.
Disability Discrimination Act 1995 –This Act states that it is unlawful for an employer to discriminate against a disabled person by refusing to provide adequate services.
The Race Relations Act 1976 states that it is unlawful for an employer to treat or fail to prevent the treatment of workers less favourably because of their colour, race, nationality , ethnic or national origins.
As an owner of a business ,I must make sure I meet all of these requirements listed above. I should also remember that part-time workers must also be given the same rights and contortions as full-time workers.
To meet The Disability Discrimination Act ,my business must offer toilets for disabled people, menu in “Brail language” for the benefit of the blind people and each service provided by my business must be equally available for disabled people."

As a Canadian Citizen: What do I need for an Australian Visa?We Answered:
As a Canadian citizen, if you're aged between 18 and 30, you are eligible for a 12 month Working Holiday visa that can be extended for a further 12 months if you do 3 months of rural type work (fruit picking etc) in a regional area during your first WHV.http://www.immi.gov.au/visitors/working-… Working Holiday visa
Beyond that though, the only way you'll be able to stay for any length of time is on a Student visa because without existing qualifications and work experience, you would not be eligible for an kind of work visa. University entry for Australian students is competitive and the better your year 11/12 results are, the more choice of courses you have. For full fee paying international students however, it's much easier to get a place in the course of your choice and any half way reasonable high school achievement will get you into journalism, marketing or just about anything else - only very high demand, highly academic courses will have higher entry standards. The Australian National University in Canberra is our top uni and the University of Queensland is one of the top half dozen and the international student section of their websites will give you an idea of what will be required in our better unis:

Studying in Australia provides no guarantee of your being able to stay here permanently after you graduate. Australian immigration is restricted to people who have qualifications and experience in occupations in which we need workers. If you're a top nuclear physicist with a PhD and a string of other qualifications and we don't need nuclear physicists at the time you apply to come here, you won't get in. If you study journalism here, and we don't need journalists when the time comes for you to apply to stay here, you won't be able to stay though you may be able to if you have found an employer who is willing to sponsor you.
The Skilled Occupations List (SOL) lists the occupations in which we most need workers. If your occupation is on the SOL and you can pass our points test, you'll probably get a visa which will give you immediate Permanent Residence (PR). If your occupation isn't on the SOL, but is on the Employer Nomination Scheme Occupation List (ENSOL), you must have formal employer sponsorship (not just a job offer) and will need to spend a couple of years on a temporary employer sponsored visa before you become eligible to apply for a permanent ENS visa. The SOL is reviewed each year and occupations are added and (more often) removed as demand for workers fluctuates. For example, the previous SOL had nearly 400 occupations and the current one has about 180 - last year, Journalist, Pharmacist and Hairdresser were listed, now they're only on the ENSOL. The ENSOL is far more stable and doesn't change much from year to year.

Australians and Canadians get on very well together and you'll be very welcome here. All of our larger cities have thriving gay communities and while the largest is probably in Sydney, you'll find plenty of acceptance and many other gay people in Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and any of the other larger centres.

Do citizens ever fulfill a totalitarian regime's requirements? Not usually, which is why they have shorter lifespans.
