How much operating capital will you require?
How much is your initial inventory going to cost?
What are your start up cost ie before you open the door? ie training of people, racks, cash register, shelves etc
What do you think your average ticket will be ie how much will the average customer spend?
What are your sales estimates?
What is your markup going to be?
What is your marketing plan and budget?
What is your rent going to cost?
What type of lease are you going to sign - most also get a percent of sales?
What do you think your schedules will look like?
Where are you hiring your staff from?
What type of security will you have to prevent shop lifting and other theft?
What type of insurances do you have in the event customer is hurt or store burns down?
How many vendors will you use and what will be your payment terms?
What is your contingency plan if your sales fall below your break even?
What will be your break even sales number?
Just some things off the top of my head you need to be thinking of

I would say 13C 14B. Try eliminating the obvious wrong answers first (such as including pictures of your family in your resume). Another technique is to test out the answer--think about fiction writing and think if it involves all of those things (gathering, arranging, etc.).Joy Said:

If you are writing this as a consultant there are several elements to keep in mind:- be sure the proposal is being delivered to someone who wants and can enforce significant change
- provide a likely range of cost savings/profit increase/error decreases (or whatever) with an estimated minimum benefit; be prepared to back up your estimate with hard calculations
- address both the analytical elements (how will you identify what and how to reengineer) and the process / behavior modification elements
be facilitated
- what will the organizational cost of implementation be
If you are proposing it for your department
- make sure that your boss (and his/her boss) is totally committed to massive departmental change
- check for political landmines (Chairman's son in-law would get terminated, etc.)
- be prepared to be hated by your peers and subordinates
- be prepared for numerous attempts to undermine your efforts
- include the analysis from the section above
- better yet, hire a consultant to be the strawman for the process.
