I am not sure if you have a referral discount program setup. But maybe you want to think about doing something like that. You can offer a discount or a free product or service to the referrer upon a successful agreement with the new prospective customer. Meaning to say that if that prospective customer agrees to become your customer/client, then send the thank you note along with some type of discount or free offer.
