It's not that difficult. Pick any business article that is fairly large and start writing. The important thing is to start writing. After you have written 2 or 3 pages refine it down to 1 page. Use the WSJ, Investors Business Daily, or Barron's (all online newspapers).

Don't confuse class assignments with reality. It is true you aren't going to contact the Accounting professor again, but that isn't why you are writing. You are writing to fulfill the assignment.

Any of the reasons you state would be fine. How about these for some possible invitations:

Invite him to present the paper to one of the student associations (Accounting Society?)

Suggest he come to one of the business writing classes to meet your professor and comment on his assignments.
