Best way for you to do that would be to setup a website. I use godaddy for all my hosting needs and they are always extremely helpful and they speak english!

For about 5 bucks a month and 10 bucks a year for the domain you can have a website setup.

When you save a document in Open Office it saves it with the extension '.odt' but Microsoft Word needs files saved with '.doc' as the file extension.

So when you save a document in Open Office you should use 'Save as' and then in the 'Save as type' drop down box you should select 'Microsoft Word 97/2000/XP (.doc)'. This file will then be able to be opened by anyone using Microsoft Word.

Hope this helps, Open Office doesn't have a customer service helpline I'm afraid.
