The best part of computer programming is that it just involves thought and coding it which can all be done without any investment (leave alone the cost of learning etc).

You should always try to evolve a working model of your idea through your own efforts and that would fetch you any financing or whatever, if you need to grow things from thereon.

Don't waste your time on trying for funding as you just need an internet connection and a few $'s to get started with a hosting account wherein you can start building your idea.

If you know how to make a state law, you should be able to create an ordinance for a city ban, and should be able to look them up. I think you had best concentrate on a particular city, you may have to research several.

What people fail to understand about texting and driving is the time required between focusing (and "accomodating", a medical term) between near and far distances. That is the key scientific fact that has been forgotten here. (sorry to interject a little factoid here).

Wow, that's very ambitious. One of the first things you should check out is what kind of accreditation you'll need to make your school official, and what the accrediting agency will expect. Those might be good guidelines to follow. And yes, you'll need one massive business grant - you'll need to buy or rent the land, the buildings, hire faculty and staff and all the other people who run schools, recruit students, etc. It will be a lot of work - but it looks like you're up to the challenge. You aren't finding a sample because it is usually done the other way around. Contact by telephone some of the companies you are interested in and tell them you are interested in a franchise. They will have THEIR proposal mailed to you, with their requirements and all of the reasons you should buy theirs, not the other guys.

I would not provide my telephone number, they will hammer you, but just get their brochures mailed to you first.

I hadn't heard of the book In Mortal Danger before, but thanks to you, I am going to search for it and order it right away. Sounds like a damn good read, and when I am done, I intend to pass it along to as many people I know who like to keep informed. I did, however, catch the ad Congressman Tancredo has on illegal migration. Although it was very riveting and effective, it had the unfortunate effect of giving me the futile hope of ever having a governor like him in blue Illinois; but, I'd be just as happy with him winning in Colorado as I would having a Conservative like him winning Illinois. By the way, that is a much copied answer from Reality. I've seen it here so much, I should have it memorized!
