Something must have been mentioned on some note/paper when you got the gift - attach that with your request and keep on sending your written requests - one day they will have to give - do retain the copies - you can try this :- There may not be any standard format for the same, but assuming that reciept of your experience-***-relieving letter has been delayed / denied, you could use the following. "Dear Mr. <Sirname>, I had been joined training /employed with <Organization Name> in the <Department Name> department as <Your last designation> since <Date of Joining> till my finishing of training on <Your training's last date>. I was relieved from my duties by my <Reportinga Manager's Name> on <Last working date> post my training & successful completion of full & final settlement procedures/handover of my responsibilities . However, till date I have not received my experience certificate or my relieving letter. May
I request on humanitarian grounds that the same be made available to me at the earliest.

You must be having some letter to invite you for training - write to that person a very polite letter -I understand compeletly with what you are going thru but I feel you should talk to your senior and tell them that the present organisation where you may be joining has made a request for the experience letter.If even after ploite talks this does not work you shoudl talk to the main head of the orffice like the MD or whoever and expalin your predicament and I am sure you will get justice. As such no company can refuse. All the best !
