as long as this is a school project then their is no problem, copyright means names or symbols are protected of being use to identify a competitors product or a name or product being use for the purpose of making money or endorsement with out permission

Make enough copies of your letter of resignation to cover each person to whom you are responsible. If there is a human resources department handling new hirings, that should take care of things but in the event your company isn't quite that sophisticated, send a copy to each of your managers or anyone with the authority to direct you in your labors.

You cannot possibly do better or more than that imo.
