anyways bout the woman u said who will going to pakistan later. what she needs to do is only wear a proper dress.
in ur country ppl see it normal if girls r wearing coat and their legs can b seen but in pakistan is different. a girl shud wear a decent dress that covers her body well thats all u need to do.

What exactly does "levying fines" mean? Have they taken you to court and got a judgment? If not there is not much they can do. I would tell them to kiss my big butt and get a life. If they try to enforce the contract if you have one they have to take it to court and that is expensive for them as well as you. I bet you are not the only homeowners having problems. Talk to your neighbors. The homeowners association is only there because people wanted it. If they are overstepping their bounds do something about it.

don't waste your time writing letters. file a claim against the company in small claims court for amount owed, plus interest, plus court fees. if possible, try to attach their property for value owed. they'll have to be served with the court papers and give an answer, or you'll receive a judgement in your favor by default if they ignor the suit. seems like a lot of trouble, but it will definitely wake up someone in the company when they get sued for a debt and the accountant has refused to pay. the accountant who makes out the bills may even lose a job!
