I think he is a conservative who is looking to discredit Obama. Reagan did more to divide race and class than any president before or since civil rights. His comment "Thank heavens that the voting majority of Americans remain Christian and are in no desperate need of a phony savior" is absolutely ridiculous. In actuality, most people claim to believe in "God" but do not necessarily subscribe to a particular belief system. Regardless of what he says about Obama being Arab, the facts remain that Obama himself believes he is black and has been attending a Christian church for the majority of his adult life.

It nearly cracks me up that so many people are questioning his beliefs. Quite frankly, I don't care what his religious beliefs are, as long as he has them and I care more about what he believes is the goodness and righteousness in people. If you would read his book THE AUDACITY OF HOPE, more people would realize that his message of middle class, equality of race, better health care for all, and giving a voice to the voiceless has been the foundation of his career in public service. His record says the same thing.

I don't look at Barack Obama as a "savior." I look at him as the only one who makes any kind of sense on policy.

To attack Barak Obama's genetics should not be taken seriously. We are all a Heinz 57 genetic makeup. I am German, Irish, Welsh, French, Cherokee, and yes, probably of African descent as well. Does this mean I'm going to try to create a master race, bomb the Catholics or attack the protestants, have sex with Sheep, start a revolution, open a casino or claim minority status? Quit stereotyping, fishing and assuming, and look at who the person is rather than who other people say he is.
