How To Write A Business Report Example

Miriam Said:

Is this a good example of propaganda that is causing the United States to fail?

We Answered:

Well if they (meaning journalists) wrote an article about how paper money is causing corruption in our society then it would not get published.

All these paper money problems started when Richard Nixon took the US off of gold standard in 1972. Before 1972 you could only print money when it was backed up by gold however Nixon thought it was better to not have anything back up the paper for reasons I do not understand.

Dianne Said:

How would I write a credit reference letter?

We Answered:

The only thing you can truthfully attest to about your tenant is that he pays his rent on time.
Just a short statement stating when your tenant moved into your property, how much his rent is, and that he has never been late on his rent should do it.

Everett Said:

Employer forcing me to report more tips than I made..?

We Answered:

contact your states department of labor, what many refer to as the "labor board" (just to pi** off Pat).

FLSA very well may not cover this employer since it is not an interstate business and may very well not do more then $500,000.00 in gross revenues a year but with that said the state labor laws still apply. if they are covered by FLSA the employer must make up the difference in wages and tips if you don't make enough tips to meet the minimum wage.
http://www.dol.gov/dol/topic/wages/wages…

to see if this employer is covered under FLSA:
http://www.dol.gov/elaws/esa/flsa/scope/…

the problem is in Virginia:
" In determining the wage of a tipped employee, the amount paid such employee by his employer shall be deemed to be increased on account of tips by an amount determined by the employer, except in the case of an employee who establishes by clear and convincing evidence that the actual amount of tips received by him was less than the amount determined by the employer."

so basically what this employer is doing is legal (not right but legal) unless you have proof that you made less in tips then they are claiming.

contact the department of labor for assistance:

to file a wage claim if that is what you have to do:
