Go to grants.gov/ and follow the instructions. You will find that unless you are a nonprofit, in basic research or daycare, there are no grants for a small business.

You are better off writing a business plan yousrself so that in the event a lender asks you a question, you can refer them to your plan. Go to sba.gov , www.score.org or www.bplans.com for instructions on how to write a business plan and sample business plans.
