Search Google, Yahoo or any search engine for "business plan templates" or "product presentation templates". The availability and complexity you need will depend on what you're selling. If it's elaborate and revolutionary, you'll have to start there, then create your own plan. I've used templates before with little success. My last one was written from scratch costing $50k but that was a large, elaborate project into the millions of dollars.

Do you LIKE your job? If you own your own company use comic sans. Otherwise don't. EVERYONE will tell you it's a major faux pas Pink color is a bad idea too in two ways. One of which is never make he shade of a white background more than ten per cent or of a dark background lighter than ninety per cent. Pink is one of the worst colors to find a suitable contrast for and when you do it is still active and whether you are comfortable with it or not psychotropic. Look up Victor Moscoso. While some of it probably came from acid, most of it was his considerable training in design. And it's transgressive art -- it's supposed to make your mind hurt. Think of pink letters as transgressive art. Most likely, without training, you will not push things far enough to be REALLY upsetting. That doesn't justify it. In an INVESTMENT BANK? NO.

Hello,

To begin you need to decide what you want your readers to know and what the goal of your professional company profile is.
Your profile should include things like when your business was formed, why it was started, who started it.

You need to also include things like who the key players are, a brief profile of each player, a summary of your products and services and the features and benefits of your products and services.

You also need to include things like what makes you different from your competitors and what problem(s) you solve for your clients.

Much of what goes into your company profile is determined by your intended audience. It will be slightly different if you are simply putting it on your website rather than using it as a part of your request to a lender for a loan, or to a venture capitalist.

Writing professional profiles is my niche and I teach others to write their own profiles as well.
