In consideration of our employees for the summer weather, there will be a revision in Greentown Graphic Company's existing dress code.
New acceptable attire is in addition to existing code.
Greenhouse Graphics would like their employees to be comfortable, during the hot summer months. However, it is important for all employees to remain professional, and uphold our company's outstanding reputation in the community.
Please remember Company's scheduled events/ and activities, when selecting your attire for work.
Please see attached for additional acceptable work attire
This attire will be in effect through the following dates ONLY.-

* SHIRTS, TOPS, BLOUSES: Pressed polo shirts, short-sleeved button-up shirts, short- sleeved suit jackets
* SKIRTS: Casual dresses with thick straps or t-shirt style sleeves, solid colored skirts that split at or below the knee
* PANTS: Slacks similar to Dockers, dressy capris or cropped pants
SHIRTS, TOPS, BLOUSES: Pressed polo shirts, short-sleeved button-up shirts, short- sleeved suit jackets
* FOOTWEAR: Clogs, flats, dressy heels, leather deck-type shoes, conservative sandals there will be a revision in Greentown Graphic Company's existing dress cod

The memo / information section should all be in one area.
The actual dress code should be sent as an attachement or seperate page, to be printed and posted as needed.
Rewrote it a bit -It is in essence all your words just reformatted - hope it works for you
It 's a little hard in that I don't really know all the in's and out's or the why's or why not's for your company - Hope you don't mind
I worked in the Fashion/Garment Industry 35 years.
I had to revise and write many dress codes for our Companies as time fashion and temp.'s changed.
One of my quotes, that used to drive some of my staff crazy was, '' Even though we are in ''the industry'', we are professionals first. We are never victims''.
There are some things out there that some people should never wear, let alone the work place.
