Guidelines For Writing A Business Plan

Lee Said:

Need help understanding...?

We Answered:

It seems simple enough... Btw-Im not going to post my paper cz im not going to write one [i dont have time to, i have hmwrk too you know!!], im just gonna TRY to explain it :D

Basically, i think you just have to come up with any business and then write in detail about all of those points. I don't understand what you dont understand lmao!!

So you could start by..

My business is [insert name here]. I wish to run as a Sole Propiertorship as I think it is a particularly advantageous business structure [write about the advantages of being a sole trader] I will mainly sell [insert product(s)/theme here]. [describe product/service, pricing strategy how will you market it? etc, etc, ]

And yeah, just basically go about it like that i think!!
But you will need to make it as detailed as you possibly can because it has to be fairly long [minimum-700 words]

Hope i helped, good luck.. bye!! xx

Start-Up Online Business Question?

I think that as long as the information is public then it's okay. If the source of the information has made it clear that it is not to be shared without their permission then you will have to obtain their permission first.

The number of hits you get to your website will depend on your efforts. You will have to submit your site to the search engines and find means of advertising it. You can generate traffic by paying for ads, posting free articles on ezines, participating in forums and placing links to your site in your signature and so on.

A website is a good start. If you had a blog you would still need to generate traffic for it somehow.

All the best.

I want to create a restaurant. How do I do it?

We Answered:

1) You need at least some money to start. Very few investors will support you if you don't have skin in the game yourself
2) My advice would be to buy a book first. There are tons of literature about developing a business plan. Go to a large bookstore and look through the available literature
3) The business plan will help you think through the location, branding, cuisine, and segment that you want to attract
4) The negotiation part depends on how attractive your business plan is. They will evaluate the risk of your business and would want a return that is higher the more risky their investment appears to be. Don't be surprised if they want 30% return on their investment (not from day one, but over a couple of years)
5) You don't need a contract to hire people. You can write an offer letter, but you probably want to get advice from a lawyer to ensure you follow all the local and federal requirements for hiring people

Good luck!
