Hi,
Well there are a few steps you need to take in order to create a website to sell your ebooks.
Well first off you need the website. I'm not sure anyone will create one for free although there are a few templates and ecommerce scripts that you can use.

You need to start with a host - the place where your website is stored - and i must recommend that you use an Apache server as the free scripts are usually in PHP platform.
You then need a domain - yoursite.com
You then need to setup the ecommerce script, whichever you may choose.

Once up, you would need to create a clickbank account. Clickbank is a service that allows you to get payments for your digital products - in your case ebooks. It's actually widely used for ebooks.

Once all that is setup, well, all you need are visitors.

I noticed you said you are not a "computer wizard" so some of these processes might be a bit difficult.
