Email Writing For Business

Derrick Said:

Is a business term sent in the form of a forwarded email and without mutual agreement legally binding?

We Answered:

Yes, i think your company do stand a chance in winning this case is a 70-30 chances. However, do bear in mind and do some calculation on the final outcome. Total legal cost going to incur (Compare to the LD) and losing this supplier in future.

Secondly, would advice in-future a written fax or replied email with signature to acknowledge that this information is well received across.

As for your case, i believe the title and subject of his email is not regarding delays of your stuffs, secondly no reply email to acknowledge from your side, lastly no calls from him to confirm that you are aware of this situation.

I believe you can win this case. His is misleading you with inappropriate emails ( with no titles or subjects pending and getting your attention to this delay in goods), irresponsible as a supplier with no follow-ups on such important issue.

Sonia Said:

Discuss how you could clarify the email's message using the writing principles addressed in the text.?

We Answered:

This is a lot of mumbo-jumbo with misspelled words, incomplete sentences, extraneous information, and half of it makes no sense at all. Is this an assigment?

It seems that what the writer is trying to say is this:

Business writing involves writing reports, memos, and articles. Being able to write and communicate well is just as important in business as it is in critical writing. Whether done for business or any other purpose, your writing needs to be clear, succinct, well organized, and structured.

Start by taking out all the information that is not important to the topic, such as the sentences about the aunt and uncle. Correct the grammar and spelling by running it through your spell checker. Organize your thoughts in a logical order so that one sentence flows naturally into the next. Have a beginning and and end. Good luck.

Bruce Said:

What do you think about telemarketers- not to your home but to your business?

We Answered:

1. Don't bother me while I am working.

2. If I wanted your product, I would be calling you.

3. If I wanted telephone solicitors to call me, I would not have put my phone number on the do not call list.

4. If you call me anyway, I will keep you on the phone sounding interested just to waste your time, then say no, then report you for calling a number on the do not call list.

5. While I am very sympathetic to single mothers who work from home, stop calling me.
