Yes, its an effective strategy and we all should follow. If we do some illegal work then it will effect directly and its really bad for market. So, don't do that and we should think about our company expenses and management strategies. I use a tool in my company is proof hub and its really work well. This tool helps me a lot in maintaining, controlling basically whole management it can handle alone. I am happy with this tool and now my company is working wonderfully.

You just have to keep plugging away - spend all your time on the phone - a decent salesman will always have a positive to strike out any potential clients negatives. You need to be hitting the HR teams and they are notoriously hard to pin down, failing that - the MD's. Once you are rolling, if the product is that good - franchise it out - easy and guaranteed income. The negatives are that many HR teams do their own team-building/etc - have you tried contacting the CIPD? or HR national bodies. Try going to business breakfasts and networking with other business people. What about your businesslink? your local authorituy should also have business advisers who can point you to contacts. I don't know anyone who uses helicoptering, the Koehler method, etc. I don't think you can even compare them to cesar, who works with a lot of red zone dogs many humane societies would put down due to aggression. There is no way many of those dogs who have bitten, shown food aggression would be re homeable. Many rescues put dogs down for food aggression without any work at retraining.

Many people use positive rewards and training with dogs and other pets. Why do you think all the dog show trainers use treats to reward good behavior? Open your eyes.

Your anology of the husband and the wife really has no bearing when it comes to dog training. According to your thought pattern she needs to use positive reinforcement with her abusive husband too?

VB Programmers are generally required to be free of scratches and other superficial dermal injuries. Maybe you could program in Java, where the requirements are not quite so severe?
