1) I want to say the wrought-iron fencing doesn't look good, it's old fashioned looking and has many stains. The entrance is too small and obscure; people hardly see there is an entrance. Also, the ugly looking fencing looks like you can't walk into the park.

(2) The water drain is huge, don't need a drain this huge and it is full of rubbish. It looks really bad and it affects the look of the entire park.

(3) The branches of the trees are too long; they need to be trimmed because if they fall, it will hurt people sitting under the tree. The grass is not growing properly on the ground, and there are bare spots, which don't look good...plus the grass needs to be trimmed regularly. There are no flowers in the park, flowers are unnecessary but it would be nice if there were some flowers around to improve the overall look, feel, and pleasure of the park.

(4) There are no sitting areas, some sitting places should be built.

And this is what I want to do with the park:

I will add a "theme" for the park. As 'the suburbs' are a dominant business district, tall buildings are everywhere in the suburbs so I am thinking of making a 'mini version of the suburbs' in the park.

(1) I will install new fencing for the park- they will be all cylinder shaped, Aluminum (or stainless steel), about 100 cm tall, and about 10 cm apart each other. The entrance will be bigger so people can easily get in.

(2) The water drain will be remodeled, I will make it smaller, clean out the rubbish and build it in a corner of the park.

(3) I will remove some of the dangerous branches of the tree--but not all so people can have shade. Grass will be trimmed regularly. I will also have some easy growing flowers surrounding the park.

(4) I will build many cylinders, maybe in different sizes, in the park for people to sit or to use as tables and they can sit on the ground for a nice picnic lunch. And the whole 'look' will lbe like tall buildings in the park. So a 'mini suburb' will be built in the park.
