Your site is simply plain. No real graphics, nothing that immediately stands out. Just walls of text. No one likes to read a litany of text over and over. It just screams boring.

Incorporate color, graphics, design, ads...something that will appeal to your customer.

Ask yourself this: Who is my target demographic? What are the ages I am aiming to assist? Are my rates consistent with the market demand for my services? Are my rates affordable to the demographic I am aiming for? What do my customers gain from my services? Do I offer deals? On-going contracts? Guarantees?

I think you're on the right track but you still have some work to do.

Thank them for their business, but you are forced to discontinue the service provided. It would be nice if you could refer them to another provider, but that's not really necessary. You can discontinue at the end of the contract period, but 30 days or at least a couple of weeks would be nice.
