Economics is nothing like accounting or finance. Econ is all theories and how markets will react when different things happen.

Finance is all formulas, interest and how to budget and the market and all that.

Accounting is balancing accounts and interpreting financial information.

In my experience econ and accounting are both very hard and boring.
