Don't get stressed out. Think of it as:
1. WHO-you and your background and qualifications and anyone else involved.
2, WHAT-describe your vision of your cleaning service, the client target,etc
3. WHERE-again, who are you targeting, what type of businesses or residential area and why.
4. WHY-is there a need, low competition or what?
5. WHEN-how long do you anticipate it will take to get started, etc.
6. HOW-what are your plans and.strategies to get customers. What equipment and supplies will you need and how will you get them.

This is very general but should help you. You shouldn't need a grant to start, as a cleaning business doesn't require a large start-up sum. Usually under $1,000 more likely under $500.

The best recommendation is to buy a software that asks you all the questions and then makes the plan for you. There are many things to include in a well detailed business plan.

I always say that you can not be "overly detailed", yet, you also do not want to be vague. The business plan software has been used by a few of my colleagues, and it really does make the whole process easier.
