You need to start the letter with "Estimados Señores" (Dear Sirs) if you don't know the name of the recipient, or "Estimado Señor {insert name}" / "Estimada Señora {insert name}" if you do.

You need to finish it with "Atentamente {insert your name}".

Make sure you use the polite form of address "usted" throughout.

There isn't much more advice I can give you, as I don't know the details of what you need to write about.
