Business English Writing Emails

Claude Said:

Will snailmail, Fax be replaced by Email in business communication?

We Answered:

I don't believe snailmail will be completely eradicated from business workings, especially since hard copies of important documents need to be kept (such as contracts).

Email is becoming more present, however. Which, is good considering the saving of trees.

John Said:

My college english essay PLEASE HELP!!!?

We Answered:

you sound a little selfish. you say "I" like a thousand times. and use better paragraphing

Gene Said:

ENGLISH experts. Please help me edit this paragraph.?

We Answered:

Replace "to apply it to" with the one word "in" and put a comma after the word "aspects"
Delete the words "have to" in front of "be when I learned ..."
Again, replace the phrase "to apply it to" with the word "in"
capitalize the word "English"
If "business english" was a CLASS that you took, you should capitalize the word Business as well. If it wasn't a class, then you need to re-work the whole last part of that sentence.
Delete the words "just that"
Replace the word "took" with "taken"
In the second-to-last sentence replace "is" with "are" and capitalize English.

And, for Heaven's sake, stop correcting others, you are not that good at grammar. You are, however, a better-than-average student at STRUCTURING sentences and paragraphs.

Dear .......,
I'd like to apply for the position of an assistant accountant, which was posted by your company on "www.gumtree.com". I am french, with a strong educational background in accountancy thanks to my bacherlor's degree in Business Administration and my Master's degree in Management. I have also studied one year as an erasmus(exchange european program) student at a university in London.
(NOTE: what do you mean "where i could get the possibility?" haven't you already gotten it? )
During my undergraduated studies, I worked in the fire brigade for several years. Although, this job is not strictly related to the position to which I am applying for, it helped me to work better under pressure, choose important decisions in a limited amount of time and being able to work as a member of a group.
I would be happy to be a part of your company. Please contact me on ......... . I will be able to take an interview at any time.
Yours sincerely,
"Your name"

Good luck with the interview..act friendly..don't be nervous
