I was bullied by a teacher at my school when I was in highschool. I had PE which is sport and being a female he thought it would be good fun to single me out every single time. We had to play touch football for one term (also volleyball, biathlon and tennis) and he would take every opportunity to hurt me infront of the class. I admit I wasnt a very good player but there were many children worse than me (i could at least catch the ball and knew the basic rules of the game) yet somehow I always ended up failing. He contacted my parents throughout the year telling them that he did not think that I was 'up for the level that was presented in our class' and that he suggest I 'get fit' before trying. I was and still am doing Dance 5 times a week, ballet, am a running and am currently working towards thr 21km marathon. Yet I was 'too unfit' for the class. I won every athletics and swimming carnival there was yet that was not good enough for him.

Once tht argument became old he began to pick on my figure saying that he shouldnt be allowed to let me into his class until I knew how to eat properly (I am slim, but not skinng - 170cm and 55kg).

I usually ended up coming home crying each and every afternoon from the things he used to say to me.

I am not sure how you would track down the where a bouts of this teach (if you live in Australia there is a site called 'rate your teacher' which should have every Australian school registered along with the teachers.) Mabe you could find him that way - enter his name and see what schools come up and work from there. Simple type in ''tare my teacher' into google and it would be the first or second one that comes up.

I am so glad that you are taking it upon yourself to find this teacher because chances are, that he is just going to continue hurting students like he hurt you.

Yes, you do need to give them 14 days to pay up.... then you can go to the Small Claims Court & ask for enforcement ..

PS better be quick ,.. if they scammed you they most likley scammed a lot of people .. they may have hundreds of judgments against them & a lot of 'brokers' in this situation simply 'go bust' and do a runner .. the first person to send in the bailiffs will get the cream ..

You should had reported him then my friend. Now, is only harmful to you to think about ways to get back on him. The only possitve actions to do is to refuce to accept any behavior like this in the future from anyone.

Also, he picked up on you because you did not ight back. That makes him a coward. He was probably been heavily bullied when he was at school. In order to see the real size of the people treating you this way, just threat them. They will come to their senses in no time. I also believed he started to act him self, ONLY because he became afraid you would report him or somebody already did!! This may be the reason he doesnt teach there anymore.

oh my god that is so nasty and evil. your english teacher is a complete ******* :). He should really rot away. I think you should first of all talk to your headteacher. tell your headteacher what that teacher is doing and the way your afraid he may bully someone else. If that doesn't solve anything then i think you should then have a serious talk with your parents. Because he first bullies you and belittles you in front of the class then he starts acting like a dirty perv, touching you up.

I think you should really tell your parents or any older siblings if you have one. Then report it to the school council. I'm sure you must have a person down there who you can talk to. they may be able to solve this.

I remember when one nasty teacher said to my cousin, that he will squash him like a banana and stick him on the wall, he said that in front of the whole class. My cousin came back in tears. then, his mum and dad went straight to the school, and reported him to the headteacher. I'm not sure but i think he got sacked.

You could try to get him sacked :). I no this sounds stupid but there was this maths teacher in my old high school and he touched a girl breast as he was pushing her out of his class. the girl went to the headteacher, told the headteacher what he did, the way he touched her, and then the headteacher sacked that maths teacher.

So you should tell your parents, then you all should tell your headteacher. get some of your friends or classmates who are willing to be like witnesses and also tell your headteacher what that teacher did to you.
